Shua Studios™ is an independent creative studio in Sioux City, Iowa, built around original hand-drawn art. The shop includes Shua Studios™ apparel and accessories, Little Shuas™ products for children and families, and selected custom or collaborative work.

Little Shuas™ is the children’s division of Shua Studios™, featuring original characters, artwork, stories, values, and products created for children and families. It is kept separate from the adult-focused art within the broader Shua Studios™ collection.

A parent or legal guardian should handle orders, accounts, forms, custom requests, photographs, and other submissions involving a child.

Production depends on the item. A product may be kept in stock, printed or pressed in-house, made after an order is placed, produced through a trusted print-on-demand or fulfillment partner, handmade, hand-finished, or created with another artist or small business.

Shua Studios™ is a service-area business and does not operate a public retail storefront. Online ordering is available 24/7. Local delivery and customer meetings are available by arrangement throughout Sioux City, Sergeant Bluff, South Sioux City, Dakota City, North Sioux City, and Dakota Dunes. Our private home workspace is not open for walk-in visits.

Use the size chart and product information for the specific garment. Fit can differ between brands, styles, youth products, adult products, and unisex products. When possible, compare the listed width and length with a garment you already own and like.

Please confirm the size and color before checkout. A correctly fulfilled item is generally not eligible for a return or exchange because the customer selected the wrong option.

Email shua@shuastudios.com as soon as possible. A request is not approved until Shua Studios™ confirms it in writing.

Made-to-order, print-on-demand, custom, and personalized products may enter production quickly. Once production or custom work begins, a change or cancellation generally cannot be guaranteed.

Digital products from Shua Studios™, including downloadable PDFs, coloring books, artwork files, and other electronically delivered content, are provided digitally rather than shipped as physical products.

After purchase, access to the file is provided through the website’s order and download process. A valid email address and a compatible device, browser, software, or printer may be required depending on the product.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, purchased digital files are for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded for public access, or reproduced for commercial use.

Digital products are generally non-returnable once the file has been delivered or made available for download because a digital product cannot be physically returned.

Shua Studios™ will review problems including duplicate charges, corrupted or materially unusable files, failure to receive access because of a technical issue that cannot reasonably be corrected, or receiving a digital product that is materially different from what was purchased.

ShuaStudios.com currently accepts orders for valid addresses within the United States unless another destination is specifically offered at checkout. Standard U.S. website shipping is currently $4.99 per order unless a product page, promotion, or checkout states otherwise.

The final shipping amount shown before you submit the order controls.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. An item may need to be printed, pressed, customized, handmade, inspected, or packaged before it ships. Use the estimate shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation for that order.

Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless Shua Studios™ confirms a deadline in writing. If you need an order for a specific date, contact us before purchasing.

When tracking is available, it is generally sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take time to show movement after a label is created.

Items may be produced in different locations, so one order can arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged extra solely because Shua Studios™ divides an order into multiple packages unless you approved that charge before purchase.

Local pickup or delivery may be available by arrangement within the Shua Studios™ Siouxland service area. Please wait until Shua Studios™ confirms in writing that your order is ready and provides the meeting, pickup, or delivery instructions. Our private home workspace is not a public pickup location, so please do not arrive without a confirmed arrangement.

Because many products are made or produced specifically for each order, Shua Studios™ generally does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or a customer’s incorrect size, color, style, design, material, or quantity selection.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, incomplete, lost, or materially different items are reviewed. Approved monetary refunds are generally initiated within seven business days after approval and any required return or verification is complete; a bank or payment provider may need additional posting time.

Contact shua@shuastudios.com within 14 days after delivery or local pickup. Include your name, order number, a description of the problem, clear photographs of the complete item and issue, the product or size label when relevant, and packaging photos if shipping damage may have occurred.

Keep the item and packaging until you receive instructions, and do not send anything back without authorization. An eligible resolution may include correction, replacement, reproduction, partial refund, full refund, or another solution appropriate to the problem.

Availability depends on the product, design, materials, schedule, and production requirements. Email shua@shuastudios.com with a clear description of what you need. Shua Studios™ may request more information before confirming availability or providing a quote.

Work may not begin until required information, payment or deposit, materials, and proof approval have been received.

Contact Shua Studios™ immediately, but changes cannot be guaranteed after approval or production begins. Your approval confirms the visible names, spelling, dates, artwork, placement, colors, and other shown details. Later changes may require additional payment and production time, which will be disclosed before extra work continues.

You must own the material or have permission to use it. Shua Studios™ may decline a request that appears to violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Submitting a file gives Shua Studios™ permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to review and complete the requested order; it does not transfer your ownership of the file.
