Thank you for supporting Shua Studios. Each apparel item is made to order using original Shua Studios artwork. Because these products are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or accidental orders.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
We will review the issue and determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Return Window
Claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Item Condition
To qualify for a return, refund, or replacement review, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the condition it was received, unless the issue is related to damage, defect, or printing error.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Replacements
If a replacement is approved, a new item will be produced and shipped to you. Replacement timing may vary depending on production and shipping times.
Return Shipping
For approved damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item claims, Shua Studios will provide instructions for the next step. In many cases, a return shipment may not be required if clear photos are provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any return that is not related to a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
Because Shua Studios apparel is made to order, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
Buyer’s remorse
Wrong size ordered by the customer
Change of mind
Accidental orders
Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered
Custom or made-to-order products unless damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect
