Riding Lightning | Shua Studios™
Riding Lightning started with a request from my son, Maximus: he wanted me to draw a dragon in a storm.
That was the whole idea he handed me—and then I took it from there.
I built the storm around his dragon with heavy clouds and lightning cutting through the sky. Then I added the castle underneath, turning his original idea into a full scene—a dragon tearing through the storm above a dark kingdom.
That’s part of what Shua Studios™ is about. Sometimes an original piece starts with nothing more than an idea from one of my kids, and I get to take that idea and bring it to life in my own style.
